Was it racism or nothing to see? Say it

Cartoonist  is accused of racism with caricature.

Tell you, was it racism or not?

Designer Mark Night published a cartoon of the US Open Women's Final and the repercussions were not the best.
The US Open Women's Final was between Naomi Osaka and Serena Willians and rolled into a "no-nonsense" atmosphere for the athlete who was defeated.

As CHARGE means "loaded" or even exaggerated the designer Mark Night wanted to carry the revolt by defeat, but was accused of racism by his traits.

Is it really racism?

See the Photos:

Serena Williams exalted in the final

Undeniably Serena Williams is black and in a cartoon or cartoon should be represented as such and the undeniable fact was her exalted reaction.
The Japanese Naomi Osaka really has blonde hair, but claims she was portrayed as white, but has healthy skin with good doses of melanin.
See photo below:

Now we will see the charge of discord

It says in the comments if it considers racism this charge.
Mark Night defended his portrayal of Williams' collapse at the US Open and said it had nothing to do with race. The artist behind the drawing said on Monday that his illustration was a "faithful representation" of the final match of the tournament.

- There is nothing inaccurate in the drawing, but I'm sorry if it was taken to the social media and distorted in this way. The illustration is about Serena, about her poor sharing. It has nothing to do with race, "said Knight.
"People said I was racist because I drew Serena as an African-American woman. I drew her as a powerful figure, something she is, she is very strong physically. They say I'm racist because I drew Naomi Osaka in the background with blond hair. Well, she really dyed her blonde hair
Among the people in the American media who criticized the drawing is JK Rowling, famous for the books of the wizard Harry Potter.
But I want to hear from you, was it racism or mimimi exaggeration?
